Own Hours

Claude Code, built into your day. It runs on its own, on a schedule, and only sends what you've approved.

I set it up with you online. USD 750, one time. No coding needed.

Not another chat window.

Most people know AI as a box you type into. What I set up does the work on its own, on a schedule, inside your mail, files and calendar.

Mostly waits for you to ask.Starts on a schedule, without you asking.
Works inside its own app. It can't open the files and folders on your computer.Built once, on your own computer. Your rules, files and setup live in your folders, and Claude reads them from there.
Starts each conversation from what you give it or what it remembers.Opens your past emails, notes and rules before it drafts.
Mostly hands you text to copy somewhere else.Does the work in your own mail and files: drafts, checks, logs.
You check whether it did the job.It keeps a log of what it did. Anything that goes to other people waits for your yes, or a standing yes you gave once.

Work I no longer do. I used to screenshot my banking app and send Claude Code a batch to log. Now my bank texts are checked against my budget every morning, new charges are logged without me, and anything it can't place is flagged for me to decide.

One real day.

Mine, Friday 2 October 2026. These lines are from my logs. I took out names and amounts. Yours would run on your own inbox, clients and numbers.

    My inbox, sorted for me.

Saturday 3 October. A scheduled job went through my calendar and the last day's unread email, about 63 messages, then opened this on my screen: what's urgent, what's done, what to check, what to ignore, and the one decision for the day.

It can read, but it can't send, reply or delete anything. It suggests, I decide. Personal names and amounts are blacked out.

    Other days.

Files, spreadsheets, research and a team. Each one from my own logs.

    1. 16 september · files56 GB of old footage, cleared.

1,403 video files matched against my photo library, even where they had been renamed, and moved to the bin. 152 it couldn't match were kept. The folder went from 57 GB to 1.5 GB. Emptying the bin stayed with me.

    2. 23 september · spreadsheetsBank texts into my budget.

18 texts read at 07:45. Four needed nothing. Of the other 14, ten became new rows in my budget sheets, each with its category, two were already there and skipped, and two were flagged for me to look at.

    3. 23 september · researchWhat others charge.

When I re-checked my price, my research specialist looked at what others charge for similar setups, with sources: from under USD 100 to about USD 2,500. I kept 750.

    A team, without hiring one.

I have no employees. I have 15 AI specialists, each with a written job description: what they own, which tools they may use, what they must never do. Here is one of them.

    alex.mdjob description · one of 15

"You review a draft someone else wrote. Your job is to find what is wrong, not to approve it. You did not write it and you owe it nothing."

Alex checks facts. He gets the draft and its sources, never our conversation, and tries to disprove every claim. Every section of this page went past him before you saw it. On 3 October alone he flagged more than 40 problems.

    How it works.

You don't need to code. You do need a few weeks of practice, and I'm with you for the first two.

    1. A short form.

You tell me what your days look like, what you use and what eats your time.

    2. Two to three hours together, online.

We install Claude Code, connect your mail, files and calendar, write your rules file and build your first workflow on your real work, one that runs on a schedule.

    3. One hour, a week later.

You run it yourself while I watch, and we add the next workflow.

    4. Two weeks of support.

When something breaks or you get stuck, you message me.

    USD 750, one time.

Your own Claude subscription is extra: from USD 20 a month, about USD 100 for heavy daily use. If it isn't working for you after the second session, I add another one, at no cost. Mac is easiest. Windows can take longer.

Claude itself runs on Anthropic's servers, so what it reads is sent there to be processed. I'll show you exactly what it can reach before we connect anything.

For teams: one person at a time. I'll tell you up front exactly what access it needs, so your IT team can decide before we start. Priced per person. Write to me.

the first rule in my own file

Never send an email, delete anything, or take any irreversible action without my explicit confirmation first.

Every setup starts with rules like this one, written with you, in your words.

    Where it grows.

The USD 750 covers the setup and your first two workflows, one of them a job that runs on a schedule, such as a morning briefing. After that, we add to it one piece at a time.

    1. Your routines.

More jobs that run on a schedule, without you asking. A weekly check on your spending, or a reminder before something that is easy to miss.

    2. Your specialists.

A few specialists, each with its own area and its own rules. One looks after money. Another checks the facts before anything public goes out.

Mine runs about 30 recurring jobs and 15 specialists today. We build more routines and specialists together over the following weeks, after your first two workflows. Priced once we know what you need.

    Who I am.

    I'm Sara-K Hannig, a founder, not a developer.

I built Sara's Organic Food in Egypt, now on pause, and spent fifteen years there before moving to Dubai. I'm Swiss and a mother of two. My grandfather Max was an inventor. In the 1930s he patented a machine for a Swiss dye works. I'd like to think this is the same instinct.

I learned all of this myself and use it every day. With it I run my own finances, the projects I work on for others and the family logistics, and I built my own money dashboard. This year I've worked through this with sixteen people, one to one and in small groups, among them founders, a barrister and a travel company's team.
