For founders and executives
Claude Code, built into your day. It runs on its own, on a schedule, and only executes what you've approved.
I set it up with you online, on your own computer. USD 750, one time. No coding needed.
Most people know AI as a box you type into. Claude Code is Anthropic's AI, working in the files and apps on your own computer. What I set up works inside your mail, files and calendar, and starts on its own at the times you set.
Work I no longer do. I used to screenshot my banking app and send the screenshots to Claude Code in batches to log. Now it reads my bank texts every morning, checks them against my budget, logs the new charges and flags anything it can't place.
today's schedule
all day. Nothing else on any of your calendars.
unread email, last 24 hours: about 63
Today: decide on the quote before it expires around 07:20 tomorrow.
Saturday 3 October. A scheduled job went through my calendar and about 63 unread emails from the last day, then put this on my screen, grouped by what needs me.
This briefing reads and suggests. Sending, replying and deleting happen on my yes, or on a standing order I gave once.
You start with two workflows, one of them on a schedule. It takes a few weeks of practice to feel natural, and I'm with you for the first two weeks.
You tell me what your days look like, which apps you use and what eats your time.
We install Claude Code, connect your mail, files and calendar, and write your rules together. Then we build your first workflow from your real work, one that runs on a schedule.
You run it yourself while I watch, and we add the next workflow.
When something breaks or you get stuck, message me.
USD 750, one time.
If it isn't working for you after the second session, I add another session, at no cost.
Your own Claude subscription is extra: from USD 20 a month, about USD 100 for heavy daily use. Mac is easiest. Windows can take longer. Scheduled jobs run while your computer is awake, and run once when it wakes (not if it was switched off).
This year I've worked through this with sixteen people, one to one and in small groups, among them founders, a barrister and a travel company's team.
For teams, I now work with one person at a time and price per person. Before we start, I'll list exactly what access it needs, so your IT team can decide. Write to me.
Never send an email, delete anything, or take any irreversible action without my explicit confirmation first.
Every setup starts with rules like this one, written with you, in your words.Mine, Friday 2 October 2026, from my logs, with names and amounts taken out. Yours would run on your own inbox, clients and numbers.
A few more, from my logs.
1,403 videos that were already in my photo library, found even where they had been renamed, and moved to the bin. The 152 it couldn't match stayed where they were. The folder went from 57 GB to 1.5 GB. Emptying the bin was left to me.
When I re-checked my price, I had an AI specialist look at what others charge for similar setups, with sources. I kept mine at 750.
I have no employees, but I do have 15 AI specialists. Each has a written job description: what it's in charge of, which tools it may use and what it must never do. Here's part of one.
"You review a draft someone else wrote. Your job is to find what is wrong, not to approve it. You did not write it and you owe it nothing."
Alex checks facts. He gets the draft and its sources, never our conversation, and tries to disprove every claim. Every section of this page went past him before you saw it.
After your first two workflows, we add to it one piece at a time.
More jobs that run on their own. A weekly look at your spending, say, or a reminder before something easy to miss.
A few AI specialists, each with its own area and its own rules. One looks after money. Another checks the facts before anything public goes out.
Mine has about 30 scheduled jobs and 15 specialists today. We add these together in the weeks after setup, priced once we know what you need.
What takes up your week? Tap what applies and send it to me. It makes a good first message.
I'm Sara-K Hannig, a founder, not a developer.
I spent fifteen years in Egypt and built Sara's Organic Food there. It's on pause now, and I live in Dubai. I'm Swiss and a mother of two. My grandfather Max was an inventor. In the 1930s he patented a machine for a Swiss dye works.
I taught myself Claude Code and use it every day. I run my finances, the projects I do for other people and our family logistics on it, and I built my own money dashboard with it.
"What excites me is the people. Interesting businesses, something new to learn every time, and then the moment they do something at work they couldn't do before. The jump is crazy, and I love watching it happen."
